| Trailer Hire is a newly offered service at Ashbourne Truck Centre. We have to ask ourselves in these uncertain times “Why commit to long term finance for short term work”. The perfect solution to this is Trailer Hire. We offer both new and second hand trailers for hire either short or long term, depending on the customer’s requirements. We have a large fleet of trailers – specialising in tipping trailers and low loaders for hire. FAYMONVILLE wins the Innovation Award, IAA Hannover
Ten European trade magazines have selected the winner of the Trailer Innovation 2009 award at the IAA Commerical Vehicles. More than 70 manufacturers from eight European countries applied in the five categories of Safety, Chassis, Body (Design), Components, and Concept.
The FAYMONVILLE MEGAMAX lowbed trailer with LIGHT SWING AXLE triumphed over the 6 candidates in the Chassis category and was awarded with the treasured trophy. |

Faymonville Launch the PENDELMAX, swing axle system

The Pendelmax range offers a host of advantages to the user such as:
- Combination trough, with usual rectangular shape to support boom
of excavator, and also with chamfered corners on top to allow the support for cylindrical loads such as wind turbines and large tanks.
- Increased steering angle, change from ball bearing system to pivot joint
allowing 60° steering angle
- Greater suspension clearance from 450mm to 600mm
- Weight advantages towards previous models

Faymonville’s Launch of VARIO-MODULAR Range
This concept combines the Vario models with the idea of modular trailers. The vario max consisted of a low bed trailer with the option of an intermediate dolly, available in many combinations, 2+4, 3+5 etc... Now with this new idea it allows for the adding of additional axles to the rear bogie, which enables the user to have one single trailer for the moving of many sizes of plant and machinery with his one single trailer.
With the trailer shown here this client has many variations with his trailer such as 0 + 3,
2 + 3 or 2 + 5 depending on his uses. |

Faymonville’s Launch of the GIGAMAX Range
This is the development of a low bed trailer, Megamax with an axle integrated into the gooseneck. Like the free swing dolly it enables better load spread but gives greater manoeuvrability, especially in reverse.
This is an interesting solution for an operator with 6x4 tractor unit meaning that he does not have to buy an 8x4. |
